Fancy joining a club? It's time to purchase a card! Card gains you access to the club's different corners, subject to the club owner's settings. The minimum purchase unit of card is 0.001.
Card in Alpha Club is REALLY special, as explained below ð.
How are cards priced?
Cards are tradable, and are priced based on a bonding curve, which could be bought/sold against our smart contract at any time. (To learn more, head to the link below)
Alpha Club is the 1st SocialFi ecosystem to adopt the ERC-3525 standard which enables card to be turned into an identity. Not only does card represent that you are part of a club, card could also be bound with off-chain items, enabling real-world use cases.
These include (but are not exclusive of) lending/borrowing based on your Alpha Club/Twitter identity, access to offline meet-ups, club-specific coupons, minting a physical card of your club card with an NFC chip that acts as a hardware wallet, etc.
For Example:
Starbucks decides to open a club in Alpha Club, you bought their club's card. To reward card holders like you, Starbucks decides to airdrop a free cup of coffee to card holders in the form of a coupon. Your ERC-3525 powered card could now use this coupon to redeem coffee at any Starbucks shop! As your card could store infinite amount of off-chain items to it, you could also use this card to accumulate Starbucks points, or even link your own to it!
Say you want to sell your card, you could either sell it against our at a guaranteed price of 1 ETH, or you could also sell it on Opensea/our marketplace (thanks to the magic of ERC-3525). Because there are now additional values bound to your card (e.g. coupons, points etc), you list the price to be 2 ETH and people buy it.
The utilities could be expanded much further than the ones listed above, don't let our imaginations limit you!
